Refund Policy

This policy applies to Pro subscriptions purchased from Trending AI. We want you to be satisfied, so we offer the clear refund terms below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro purchase, no reason required. Pro access ends immediately once the refund is issued.

Refunds on Renewals

For automatic renewal charges, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge, provided you have not made substantial use of Pro features during that billing period.

We send a reminder before each renewal. If you no longer wish to subscribe, you can also cancel at any time before renewal to avoid further charges.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• Orders outside the 14-day window described above
• Requests made after substantial use of AI quota in the current period
• Accounts restricted or terminated for breaching our Terms of Service (e.g. account sharing, bulk scraping, abuse of AI features)
• Subscriptions purchased through unofficial channels

Even if your request falls outside these terms, please contact us if you experienced a service failure, duplicate charge or other problem — we will review it on the merits.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in any of these ways:

• From the subscription management page in the app
• By contacting us using the details below, including your order email and purchase date
• By contacting our payment provider Paddle directly at paddle.net

Processing

• We respond to refund requests within 5 business days
• Refunds are issued by our authorised reseller Paddle to your original payment method
• Funds typically arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
• Refunds are calculated on the amount and currency actually paid

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no money is returned. A refund ends access and returns your payment. If you simply don't want to be charged again, cancelling is enough.
