These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and WANG HAILONG, the individual operator of Trending AI ("we", "us"), regarding your use of the Trending AI application and website (trendingai.cn, together the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Trending AI aggregates public technology content from GitHub Trending, Hacker News and Product Hunt, then uses AI to generate summaries, translations and structured analysis, delivering curated picks every day.

Signing in is optional. Without an account you can still browse all trending content, but AI chat and Pro features are unavailable. Authentication is provided by a third-party service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.

3. Pro Subscription

What you get

A Pro subscription provides significantly higher daily quotas for AI features, including AI chat, detailed analysis and deep research. Exact quotas and included features are as shown on the purchase page and in the app. We may adjust them as the product evolves and will give notice of material changes.

Pricing and billing

Automatic renewal

Pro subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews for the same period at the then-current price. The amount and timing of each charge are disclosed at purchase, and you will receive a notice from us or our payment provider before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After cancelling you keep Pro access for the remainder of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. You can cancel from the subscription management page in the app, or by contacting us using the details below. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund — see our Refund Policy.

4. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and the seller of record for your purchase. This means:

Source content displayed in the Service (repositories, posts, product listings) comes from public third-party sources and remains the property of its original authors or platforms. We aggregate and present it only.

AI-generated summaries, translations and analysis are provided for reference only. They may be inaccurate or outdated and do not constitute professional advice. Please verify before relying on them.

7. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue the Service and you have an active paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties as to accuracy, completeness or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting your rights, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
